关于开展成都中医药大学2025-2026学年四川省外国留学生政府奖学金申请工作的通知

Notice on Application for Sichuan Provincial Government Scholarship for International Students of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine for the 2025-2026 Academic Year

为吸引和鼓励更多优秀外国留学生来四川高校学习和从事科学研究，根据《四川省外国留学生政府奖学金管理办法》要求，现将我校本年度此奖学金相关事宜通知如下：

To attract and encourage more outstanding international students to study and engage in scientific research in universities in Sichuan Province, according to the requirements of the Management Measures of Sichuan Provincial Government Scholarship for International Students, the matters concerning this scholarship of our university for the current year are hereby notified as follows:

一、申请对象Applicants

已在我校学习的外国博士研究生、硕士研究生及本科生。International doctoral students, master's students, and undergraduate students who are already studying in our university.

二、申请条件Application Eligibility

1.申请人须为非中国籍公民，对华友好，身体健康，无不良记录或犯罪记录；Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens with a friendly attitude towards China, in good health, and have no bad records or criminal records;

2.在校表现及学业成绩良好；Have a good academic performance and grades in school;

3.未获得其他留学生奖学金；Must not be recipients of other scholarships for international students;

4.学历和年龄要求：Educational background and age requirements:

（1）本科生：须具有高中毕业学历，年龄不超过30岁；Undergraduate students: Must have a high school graduation diploma and be not exceeding 30 years old.

（2）硕士研究生：须具有学士学位，年龄不超过35岁；Master's students: Must have a bachelor's degree and be not exceeding 35 years old.

（3）博士研究生：须具有硕士学位，年龄不超过40岁。Doctoral students: Must have a master's degree and be not exceeding 40 years old.

5.语言要求：Language requirements:

（1）学习中文学历项目的本科生需通过HSK 4，硕士生及博士生需通过HSK 5；Undergraduate students studying in Chinese-taught programs must provide an HSK Level 4 certificate; master's and doctoral students must provide an HSK Level 5 certificate;

（2）学习英文学历项目的本科生需有相关语言水平的证明。Undergraduate students studying in English-taught programs must provide proof of relevant language proficiency.

三、申请材料Application Materials

1.四川外国留学生政府奖学金申请表；Sichuan Provincial Government Scholarship for International Students Application Form;

2.护照或外国国籍证明复印件；Copy of front page of a valid passport or foreign nationality certificate;

3.经公证的最高学历证明与成绩单复印件（非中、英文本需附上经公证的中文或英文译文）；Notarized copy of highest academic degree certificate and academic transcript (Non-Chinese/English original documents must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations);

4.相关语言水平证明；Relevant language proficiency certificates;

5.个人陈述（中文或英文，内容包括学习/科研计划及申请奖学金的理由等）；Personal statement (in Chinese or English, including content such as study/research plan and reasons for applying for the scholarship, etc.);

6.推荐信：硕士/博士研究生申请者需提供导师推荐信；Recommendation Letter: Master's/Doctoral applicants need to provide a recommendation letter from their supervisor.

7.其他补充材料（如获奖证书、科研成果证明等）。Other supplementary materials (such as award certificates, proof of scientific research achievements, etc.).

四、申请时间及方式Application Period and Procedures

（一）申请时间Application Period

2025年11月13日-12月9日，逾期不予受理。November 13, 2025 - December 9, 2025. Applications received after the deadline will not be accepted..

（二）提交方式Submission

所有申请材料须在规定时间内提交至温江校区行政楼510办公室，关键材料缺失的不予受理。All application materials should be submitted to Office 510, Administrative Building, Wenjiang Campus within the specified period. Applications with key materials missing will not be accepted.

五、其他要求Other Requirements

1.申请人须保证材料真实有效，如有虚假，将取消申请资格；Applicants must ensure the authenticity and validity of all submitted materials. Any falsification will result in disqualification from application.

2.奖学金获得者需严格遵守奖学金管理规定，按时参加学校组织的奖学金年度评审（评审内容包括道德品行、学习成绩、学习/科研态度与活动表现等），评审不合格者将中止或取消下一学年奖学金资格；Scholarship recipients must strictly abide by the scholarship management regulations and participate in the annual scholarship review organized by the university on time (review contents include moral conduct, academic performance, learning/research attitude, and activity participation, etc.). Those who fail the review will have their scholarship eligibility suspended or canceled for the next academic year.

3.奖学金获得者应积极参与学校及国际教育学院组织的中外文化交流、学术研讨等活动。Scholarship recipients are expected to actively participate in Sino-foreign cultural exchange activities, academic seminars, and other events organized by the university and the School of International Education.
